Visit and tasting at LA RISERVA DELLA CASCINA, an organic winery located on the Appia Antica a few kilometres from the house.
You can choose from three proposals:
‘LA LEPRE’ – TASTING ONLY
A dynamic tasting of three wines accompanied by bread and self-produced EVO oil and a brief presentation of the winery and its work.
Duration: 1 hour
‘LA VOLPE’ – TASTING + VISIT
The history and work of this winery will be recounted as you walk between the rows of vines and discover the thousand-year history that surrounds you. At the end of the visit on the terrace, a guided tasting of three wines will be offered, accompanied by a plate of cheeses and local products.
Duration: 2 hours
‘IL FALCO’ – TASTING + VISIT
After the welcome, you will stroll through the winery to discover the thousand-year history in which you are immersed, with a visit between the rows to better understand how the winery’s wine is produced. You will then arrive on the terrace for a guided tasting of 4 of the winery’s most important wines, accompanied by a platter of cured meats, cheeses and local produce.
Duration: 2 hours
Visits take place on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays by prior booking, other days of the week on request, the timetable varies according to the winery’s availability.
