When confirming the booking, a 30% deposit is required. In case of cancellation, we will refund the full amount up to 30 days before the arrival date. While under this deadline 100% of the advance amount will be retained. Cancellations 7 days before arrival will result in the loss of 50% of the entire stay.
Failure to show up without due notice and early departure will result in the withholding of the entire amount. Advance payment can be made via bank transfer (code IT25M0339512900052883625570) or PayPal top-up.The remaining payment for the stay can be made exclusively in cash upon delivery of the keys.
Upon arrival at the house, the attendance notification sheet must be completed with the presentation of the valid identity documents (Passport, Identity Card or Driving License) necessary for the registrations required by current legislation. Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the provisions of the penal code and authorizes us to request to leave the house immediately.
Our guests’ data is processed in accordance with current privacy legislation. By law, holiday homes are not commercial activities and are not required to issue any tax documents. To prove your payment we can issue a rental receipt certifying the amount and details of your stay. The keys will then be given and the house will be shown.
We invite guests to always close the doors and windows.
Elisa’s nest declines all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to objects of your property left in the house and for any damage to people or things to and from third parties.
Any damage must be declared and compensated immediately to the manager of the house.
The behaviors to be observed in the house are sanctioned by law, and dictated by common sense and mutual respect,In compliance with the rules of the Local Police, silence is required between 11.00 pm and 8.00 am.
After registration, guests will be provided with keys for the condominium door and the house door, so as to freely access the house.
Any loss of the keys will cost €100 which will be reimbursed before departure.Guests are not allowed to let other people into the house at any time for public safety reasons.
For arrival, rooms are available from 3:00 pm.
On the day of departure the rooms must be vacated by 11:00.
For breakfast, a free voucher is available to be used at the Valeri bar below the house.
The linen will be changed every 3 days and of course with every change of guest.
Please DO NOT THROW ANYTHING IN THE TOILET other than the toilet paper provided by the facility, for everything else there is a special bin in the bathroom.
The room is covered by a Wi-Fi line for free access to the internet, the password is on the back of the router in the living room, which can also be acquired via QR code.
